Minimum Order ?
One 20 ft. container of assorted 1-20 items.
Size and Color Variation ?
Please accept +,- 5 to 10% of our mentioned size. Also due to the painting process, please accept the vary of color that may occur.
Production time / Delivery time ?
Normally we've the 250 of 40 ft. container of all items in our collection as inventory everyday. However, the inventory is moving day by day. So we confirm the average delivery time of 15 to 60 days after receipt of your irrevocable L/C at sight or your T/T (advanced full-paid).
Term of Payment
we offer 2 ways :-
  1. The irrevocable L/C at sight
  2. T/T full-payment in advance
Any breakage?
From our record, almost of the pots arrive safely at your destination. Anyway we recommend you to do the insurance.
Packing
We provide the loosen packing, bundle packing and carton packing, which is suitable for each item. Pallet packing is available upon request. Pallet - packing cost is on customer's account.
Certificate of Origin (C/O) or GSP form A?
Yes, we do it for you for every shipments.
Fumigation Certificate?
Yes, avaliable upon request. Cost of fumigation is on your account.
Barcode Label?
Yes, avaliable upon request.
Samples?
Yes, we can ship the samples to you. Samples cost plus handling cost in our country and freight cost are on your account.

We reserve the rights to send / not to send our catalog to all enquiries.
If the order is less than 1 x 20 ft. Container, is it possible?
Yes, possible. Please contact our marketing Dept. for further details.
